Working closely with the University of Nottingham, we offer meeting and event space to a wide range of businesses, community, faith and sports groups.
What is the main purpose of the role?
To plan and liaise directly with Nottingham Venue clients and assist in the planning, design and success of high-profile events such as conferences, exhibitions, award dinners and weddings.
To conduct and run face-to-face site visits, Operation Meetings, Planning Meetings and Pre-Operation Meetings in a timely and professional manner.
You will have strong engagement skills to ensure effective communications with all internal colleagues, suppliers and clients and have a strong attention to detail, creating and delivering detailed operations sheets to all parties involved.
- You will be working in a large sales team within a fastpaced environment, and it is vital that we work as a cohesive team to achieve our business goals.
- Must be efficient, organised, selfmotivated, confident, and able to stay calm under pressure.
- Commitment to customer service delivery to ensure repeat custom, you must also demonstrate a high standard of written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, creating and delivering detailed operations sheets to all parties involved.
- Strong IT Skills, it would be high beneficial if you have used Opera before however this is not essential.
- You may be required to work flexible hours to support our excellence in customer service. Benefits
