We are looking for a People Support Administrator to join our friendly and welcoming team at Hft; providing an efficient and effective people support service to the People department and the wider organisation.

What will you be doing?


Within the role you will develop a wider understanding of the full People function and compliance responsibilities in relation to employment in the social care sector.


The main focus of this role is to provide administrative support to our People team therefore the ability to communicate effectively across the organisation is crucial.


The administrative support is varied and includes compliance administration, purchase orders, invoicing, various administrative tasks related to learning and development, accommodation and meeting room bookings.

The ability to prioritise a varied workload, have attention to detail and the sensitivity to appropriately handle confidential information are essentials.


Accountabilities:


  • Support our Learning and Development (L&D) team to manage apprenticeship funding administration across various funding streams
  • Provide L&D data for KPIs and reports
  • Produce training certificates
  • Liaise with our external apprenticeship provider to maintain up to date records
  • Monitor and input compliance data for approved drivers and DBS checks
  • Generate reports, interpret compliance data and provide information for KPIs
  • Raise purchase orders, manage related invoices for our HR, Recruitment and L&D teams
  • Support Head of People with adhoc requirements e.g. setting up meetings, purchase orders etc.
  • Monitor and triage general communications inbox
  • Some reception cover - answering main line and welcoming visitors
  • Any other duties
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role and adhere to Hft's Policies, Procedures and Values
