Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with a scaling Content Production/Creative Agency who are searching for a Finance Director.

The Business:

Our client work closely with both Advertising Agencies and directly with Clients helping them to creative award-winning content for their innovative campaigns.

The working environment is collaborative and full of dynamic, ambitious people. They operate a flatstructure where colleagues are respected and treated as equals. The hybrid policy requires 3 days in the office and 2 from home. They are based in a modern open-planned office space in Central London.

They are looking for a commercially strong Finance Director with experience in the Agency/Advertising/Post-Production space to lead the finance team of 3.

The company has a headcount of around 80 people and are currently £20m Turnover.

There are fantasticcareer progression opportunities on offer with the chance to lead the commercial and financial strategy alongside a talented MD.

The Role:

Reporting directly into the MD, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the finance function, which includes management and development of a Finance Manage, Management Accountant and Finance Assistant.

As the Finance Director you willtake a leading role on setting both the commercial and financial strategy with the senior leadership team.

The role will suit an individual who has a passion for FP&A, as you will be playing an integral role in commercial activity and future strategic planning.

Duties:

Manage the team of three, ensuring they have development and progression opportunities
Producing monthly and year end reports as well as oversight of management accounts
Commercial support, strategic analysis and decision support to the MD and Board/
Heading up the FP&A capabilities (including forecasting, budgeting and cashflow management)
Providing analysis around commercial activity
Business partnering with internal stakeholders on forecasts and budgets
Adhoc analysis for the Board
