As the Area Supervisor (Mobile), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of services on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities will encompass providing clear direction, guidance, training, and support to all employees within your designated area.

By overseeing the execution of tasks and workflows, you'll contribute to the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations.

Your proactive approach to problem-solving and leadership will be essential in maintaining efficiency and productivity throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

Support and guide operatives to achieve service levels

Regular checks and cleans to specified areas

Respond to cleaning requests as required

Periodic carpet cleaning and spring cleaning as per specification

Assist Sector Manager in the recruitment and vetting process

Follow company procedures and systems as laid down in the Employment handbook

Adhere to specific Client's security procedures and policies at all times

Maintain relationships with customers and fellow employees.

Control and maintenance of all consumable stocks at each site
