Recra is working in partnership with a leading management specialist who is looking to add an

Implementation & Bid Executive to their team. You will be supporting the bid process and implementation of customers to achieve a seamless integration into their business.

Job Role:

Vehicle data uploads.
Creating accounts and structures.
Supplier files setup.
Administer all implementation processes and provide technical support.
Coordinate with the team to resolve all issues within the required timeframe and recommend appropriate changes.
Provide support to the project team ensuring all project documentation is current and uptodate.
Developing internal relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring they are informed and brought into the bid process as and when required.
Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.

Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail.
Confident working in ambiguous situations and navigating through competing and shifting priorities.
Works well under pressure and relishes deadlines and challenges.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities while under time constraints.
Excellent communicator, able to communicate with all levels and deliver clear messages.
Good judgment, understanding of when to escalate and what to resolve on your own.
