Recra is working in partnership with a leading management specialist who is looking to add an
Implementation & Bid Executive to their team. You will be supporting the bid process and implementation of customers to achieve a seamless integration into their business.
Job Role:
- Vehicle data uploads.
- Creating accounts and structures.
- Supplier files setup.
- Administer all implementation processes and provide technical support.
- Coordinate with the team to resolve all issues within the required timeframe and recommend appropriate changes.
- Provide support to the project team ensuring all project documentation is current and uptodate.
- Developing internal relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring they are informed and brought into the bid process as and when required.
- Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident working in ambiguous situations and navigating through competing and shifting priorities.
- Works well under pressure and relishes deadlines and challenges.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities while under time constraints.
- Excellent communicator, able to communicate with all levels and deliver clear messages.
- Good judgment, understanding of when to escalate and what to resolve on your own.
