My client is one of the UKs leading Independent Financial Advisers.

The Role:

The key purpose of this role is to lead and manage a team of Independent Financial Advisers to encourage best practice and ensure clients are given the most appropriate advice based on their personal situation.

As part of the regional management team, youwill be responsible for achieving your individual office revenue targets whilst developing business and ensuring compliance to the business standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Developing objectives, business plans and targets for individuals within the team - Coaching and mentoring advisers to ensure targets are met - Taking overall responsibility for the achieving revenue targets - Working closely with Operations and ParaplanningManagers - Implementing effective training and development programmes - Responsible for the high risk business "sign off" process in accordance with company requirements - Demonstrating behaviours that are consistent with the FCA's Statement of Principle andCode of Practice for Approved Persons

Experience & Skills

Have previous experience working in a managerial position within the financial services sector
Achieved Competent Advisor Status
Dip PFS and Diploma Level 4 and JO 7 or equivalent
Excellent knowledge and experience of the advisory process withinthe financial services sector
Have a strong background in PI or Affinity Development
