ABOUT THE ROLE

  • As a Content Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for delivering content for TUI, Tours and Cruise brochures, taking responsibility for specific titles. You'll also set up, edit and publish content for the web and our Customer Relationship Management(CRM) and ECRM teams via a Content Management System (CMS).
  • To fulfil your print responsibilities you'll attend brochure production meetings and work with writers and designers to make sure amends are taken in, and monitor signoff status and export pages for production. You'll be expected to edit copy to fit, buildand check brochure pages, proof PDFs and check Ozalid pages from printers as well as carry out feature testing between CMS and InDesign.
  • Production of our brochures also involves loading brochure paginations in the CMS and selecting the correct InDesign templates for each page. You'll also be involved in checking customer satisfaction data for brochures, assisting with postlaunch washupmeetings and taking on actions as required to help the wider Content team with adhoc tasks or projects.
  • Creation and publication of web pages using Hybris, this will include web editing, proofing, attention to detail and working with various stakeholders such as editorial teams, SEO, IT developers, UX & UI teams.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience of using a CMS
  • High standard of written English
  • Proofreading on the page and for web
  • Experience of working within a team and of using own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience of subediting for both print and web preferred
  • Working to tight deadlines & often multitasking
