Description
We're looking for a SHE Advisor to join our Regional Build Team based in Nottingham.Within this role, you can enjoy remote working, flexible hours and the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects of all sizes and complexities and even more.

Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
As a SHE Advisor, you will be providing safety, health and environmental advice to management and the project teams based out of our East Midlands office.
Your day to day will include:
- Advising on all aspects of SHE in improving and maintaining high standards and compliance with Kier Group standards and minimum standards.
- Carrying out audits and inspections in line with Kier's standards and promote best practice and identify areas of improvement
- Promoting our Kier Behavioural Safety Programme, advise on the Safe Systems at Work, Construction Phase Plans and Environmental Management Plans, and compile SHE monthly progress reports.
Who are we looking for?
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate as a minimum
- A membership of a professional body (minimum Tech IOSH)
- Working knowledge of the environment and sustainability, good IT skills, working knowledge IS & 1800
- Construction knowledge with a strong health and safety background
