Reed are partnering with a successful supplier to the manufacturing industry and we are seeking a person to join their busy Account Management team.

Full training will be provided, but experience of material planning, account management, procurement or logisticswould be highly beneficial

- £2- 30k depending on experience

  • Parking onsite (which is in central Cheltenham and you can use at the weekends too)

Job Purpose:
The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day requirements of a specified group of customer accounts.


Duties:

Maintains customer satisfaction by establishing rapport with customers and others in a position to help meet customer needs.
Answering the telephone and dealing with sales and other general enquiries / help screen incoming calls.
Processing customer orders and schedules.
Prepares orders for shipping by reviewing, editing, verifying, and coordinating information with suppliers, warehousing, and despatch.
Resolves product and service problems by researching the situation; identifying alternate means of filling customer needs; recommending solutions.

Reviewing and maintaining inventory levels in order to ensure customer requirements are met; anticipating needs; placing and expediting inventory replenishment; verifying receipt of inventory; reconciling transaction reports.

Maintains quality service by following organisation standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
