Due to rapid growth of the company we are recruiting for an Investment Co-Ordinator in Leeds City Centre in order to serve the increasing demand from our ever growing client base.


Reporting to our Head Of Sales you will be responsible for qualifying clients and setting up calls for the Senior Investment Consultant who are selling exclusive off-plan property investment opportunities to clients all over the world.


What's in it for you?
We offer a basic salary of £22,500with a commission scheme OTE £33,000 - £45,000 + (uncapped). Commission is paid monthly, with a realistic and achievable targets of ten qualified clients and scheduled calls.


We provide each Investment Coordinator with a premium level of high quality warm leads per week which can be managed through our world-leading CRM.


These are hot enquiries from paid media and you will be interacting with high-net-worth individuals who have expressed an interest in purchasing property.

We are open to exceptional professionals from a non-property background, as we deliver an excellent training and induction program.

This could be an opportunity for someone that wants to move closer to a sales position, has great telephone manners and wants to switch to the property investment sector, which shows no signs of slowing down.

It is a job which requires a self-starter who can motivate themselves. Someone with a large degree of tenacity and a willingness to make things happen.


Positive Attitude - Grinding out appointments can be a tough job, you must be able to maintain a positive mind-frame, in spite of rejections, clients not picking up the phone and receiving setbacks.
