I am currently supporting a leading Insurance business based in London (hybrid/flexible working available) on their search for an Accountant due to a period of growth.

The role will be responsible for

  • Posting manual journals in the General Ledger (including IFRS17 & UK GAAP) adjustment.
  • Manual upload of external files in a standard SAP journal template.
  • Bank reconciliation process.
  • Post pre close adjustment entry.
  • Run reporting as required (TBs/Extracts for the team).
Profile Requirements

  • Fully qualified or part qualified accountant
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
  • Proven experience using SAP.
  • Proactive mind set to improve local & functional processes.
  • Must have full right to work within the UK (no sponsorship available).
