The role involves managing a small team and being responsible for both internal and external communications for the company.

You will be expected to promote and maintain the company's reputation in the regions it operates, strengthen its family businessculture, and provide high-quality, timely communication support for its operations and head office functions.

Reporting to the Company Secretary, you will lead the production, publication, and distribution of corporate literature and generate digital and social media content

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the company's public relations and communication strategy
Protecting and enhancing the company's brand and reputation
Promoting the company's activities and operations to internal and external audiences
Representing the company at community liaison meetings
Being a member of the company's Charity Committee
A minimum of five years of relevant PR/communications experience
A degree in English or another modern language, Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism
A creative, positive, and collaborative approach to communications
Excellent writing and editing skills for online and print media
Proven experience of working with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
Experience of building and enhancing reputation through public relations activities
Experience of managing a small team
A full driving license
