Dispatch Operative / Stock Controller

Hourly rate:
£ shift allowance for afternoon / night shifts)**
Rotating shifts 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am

Key Responsibilities

  • Working a versatile role within a Metal environment
  • Movement of materials around the workshop
  • Managing stock levels and allocating stock to various departments
  • Operating of Counterbalance Forklift on Dispatch role
  • General daily running of production
  • Attending continuous training schemes
  • Loading/Unloading of materials

What we require from you

  • Manufacturing / engineering background
  • Experience within a busy workshop is desirable
  • FLT Licence essential
  • Experience in the metals industry
  • Overhead crane experience is preferable but not desirable

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£10.42-£15.63 per hour
