Today, with significant ambition to build on the successes in the UK market, A&M is looking to grow our Executive Compensation business.

This is an exciting opportunity for Associates, Consultants and newly qualified ACA to join our executive compensation practice.

Led by a team of very experienced partners, our practice supports a broad range of companies and their remuneration committees in developing and implementing remuneration arrangements that are aligned with their strategies, culture and stakeholders.

As an Associate / Consultant you will:

  • Be looking to further develop your technical knowledge of executive remuneration benchmarking, corporate governance, regulation and reward strategy development
  • Be able to be a core member of client team
  • Contribute to marketing, business development and external events
  • Work as part of a team serving Remuneration Committees in the FTSE 350, Small Cap, AIM and overseas together with private companies an mutual societies
  • Contribute to the development and coaching of graduates
