Job responsibilities

  • Processing Margin Calls from Clearing Houses & TCP and ensuring these are processed timely and accurately
  • Performing reconciliations, investigation of exceptions and taking corrective actions to ensure these are resolved timely
  • Maintain oversight of controls and exceptions to ensure KRI/KPI targets are achieved, including producing and reporting metrics for senior management forums
  • Build understanding of relevant businesses, applicable product definitions & standard operating procedures
  • Comply with relevant policies, controls, regulations and escalation protocols, m anage client requests with accuracy and within defined timelines / SLAs.
  • Build working level awareness of digital ops tools leveraging the Firm's online and classroom training
  • Work as part of a team and be flexible during busy periods such as month end & selfmotivated and flexible approach to working hours.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic.
  • Highly numeric with excellent attention to detail in all areas.
  • Ability to work in a highly pressured environment, meeting tight intraday deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and practical knowledge of JPM suite of digital ops tools (preferred but not essential)
  • Operate effectively in a dynamic environment with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong Interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
  • E xternal Client services experience, or similar experience interacting with senior/demanding internal clients with strong client communication skills and strong ability to build client relationships

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Highly numerate with good keyboard and core system (Outlook, Excel, and Word) skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and be flexible during busy periods such as month end & selfmotivated and flexible approach to working hours
  • Working knowledge of House (CCP), OTC, Repo Collateral Management and supporting Legal documentation (E.g. ISDA, GMRA) is advantageous
