RMS are currently recruiting for a great opportunity for a
Dresser/Finisher to join a well-established and growing Sheet Metal Fabrication Company.

Initially you will work on the day shift to undertake a period of training, following which you will move onto a 2-shift rotation (Early & Late Shift) with early finishes on a Friday

Please note:
3-Shift Rotation (Early, Lates & Nights) may be introduced later in the year.

Electric grinders
Pneumatic grinders
Pad sanding tools

Overtime paid at 1.5 of day rate Mon
Sat, 2.0 of day rate for Sunday

The responsibilities of this role will be mostly dressing welds on components of various shapes and sizes ready for painting.

In some instances, parts are left with a dressed finish so must be of a high standard. Experience of working to and understanding engineering drawings is desirable but not essential.

This is a
permanent position and the salary is £11 per hour while training on day shift and then increases to £13.20 per hour on shift rotations.
