This is a position where you will be running, coaching and managing a growing team of Mortgage & Protection Advisors.

Once settled into the business as a Sales Manager you will be responsible for the oversight and management of a mixed experience team withthe expectancy of being able to get the best from the team and with the capability of delivering the results for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the development of both the Mortgage team & individual advisors ensuring you are getting maximum performance.
Driving Sales Performance.
Carry out 11's with advisors to review performance regularly.
Ensure team maintain best practice and adhere to all relevant legislation adhering to FCA guidelines.
Maintain strong levels of market knowledge & skills at all times to remain competent.
Continuing the overall growth of the team to coincide with business needs.

Key Requirements:

CeMAP Qualified (or equivalent)
2 years+ Mortgage Advising experience
Ideally previous Senior Advising / management experience
Able to monitor, evaluate and develop people
Confident with effectively implementing processes and make changes efficiently
Compliant background
Full UK licence

To be considered for this position you will have a strong background in Mortgage advice. You will have experience in a team management role.
