Due to continued business growth, our client within the legal sector, is keen to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator to assist with new business client enquiries and offer professional customer care.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary £22000 per annum / £12.08 per hour
- 35 hour week Monday to Friday 9am5pm, 1 hour lunch
- Glengormley BT36 location

Requirements:
- Previous Customer Service experience essential
- Strong administrative experience essential
- Volume call handling or call centre experience highly desirable
- An interest within the legal sector and employment law would be highly advantageous
- Previous experience within a corporate or legal environment highly desirable although not essential
- Proficient data entry skills & typing speed
- MS Word, Outlook & database management
Responsibilities:
- Handling volume customer enquiries from prospective clients in relation to employment law matters
- Making detailed and chronological notes of calls before forwarding full details to solicitors for assessment
- Case management
- Data entry
- Administrative support for the legal team as required
