Sales Executive
Monday - Friday
Early shift - 8am - 4:30pm
Late shift - 9:30 - 6pm
(flexible with working hours)
office based position within a great, easily accessible location.
Starting salary £20, monthly pay increases every three months - First increase after 3 months £21,200.
Upcapped commision - during first 3 months minimum £500+
Thereafter OTE £2000+
Average OTE £40,000 Minimum
I am currently recruiting for a well established business who are looking for experienced and driven sales representatives.
You will be joining a highly motivated sales team who thrive of exceeding sales targets, delivering the full sales cycle to existingand prospective business customers and who provide an exceptional customer service experience to each and every customer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business sales opportunities, for new and existing customers
- Identifying appointment opportunities and setting appointments for existing, lapsed, and new customers.
- Ensuring all targets are met to succeed
- Contact and building up a rapport with customers
- Sell the full range of products and services
- Upselling and crossselling new products, and services to customers
- Dealing with and resolving customer complaints and ensure you maintain relationships
- Adhere to operational processes and compliance requirements
- Updating customers information using the CRM system, ensuring all relevant customer information is entered onto the system accurately and up to date
- Ensuring a professional manner towards customers and colleagues at all times

Experience required:
- Sales
- Telesales
- Telecoms experience/understanding of telecoms
- Understanding of local business
- Retail
- Experience of working with a targeted environment
- Exceptional customer service and rapport building skills
- Understanding or experience within the B2B market
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
Main qualities to succeed within this role is to be sales driven in order to gain benefits such as earning commission, hitting targets and closingsales deals.
