£40,000 + Pension + Parking

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic Property Sales Manager to join a great organisation which has been established in the local area for many years.

Some of your duties will include:

Promoting the sale or rental of commercial properties based throughout the UK
Liaising with tenants and Landlords and agreeing terms and conditions of business
Advertising properties available on corporate website and a wide range of online property portals
Sending out written details of new properties on the market to prospective buyers/tenants
Organising property viewings and negotiating offers of purchase/rental between buyers and vendors
Referring buyers to Mortgage Advisors and Surveyors for advice and quotations
