Northern Laser Ltd are a relatively new laser cutting business based in Alva Industrial Estate.

Proud to have been trading steadily for the last 2 years, this company are ready to take the business to the next level.

This is a great time to join a strong business in a very niche market.

This role will be working in a large Warehouse with metal products (steel and stainless).

It will be your primary role to ensure that goods in and out are always checked and counted for accuracy against the delivery notes.

Responsibilities:
In addition to this much of the role will involve physically moving metal around the warehouse to designated areas. As such you will need to be physically fit to do this type of work.

Strong attention to detail checking goods in and out are the exact amount so there is no missing stock or parts going out on pallets to customers.
Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing shipments
Assist with wrapping and packing orders accurately and efficiently
Working in a fastpaced transactional business moving metal plates and components
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Strong attention to detail checking goods in and out are the exact amount so there is no missing stock or parts going out on pallets to customers.

Skills/Qualifications:

Ability to lift heavy objects (Metal plates and components) and work in a physically demanding environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£11.50 per hour
