Synapri have partnered with An advertising services business based in the Netherlands in their search for a Salesforce Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.


The business are based in Den Bosch and operate on a hybrid working model and will need people to commute to the office 3x a week.


Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Manage the product backlog in close collaboration with Product Owners
  • User/license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
  • Execute Salesforce configuration changes (e.g. Lightning Flow, Approvals, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Mobile)
  • Manage Sandboxes (Development/UAT) via Copado
  • Identify unused or underutilised platform features
  • Build custom reports and dashboards.
  • Evaluate and install new releases of Salesforce and apps in our Org

Experience required:

  • Salesforce certified administrator
  • 23 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
  • DevOps/release management experience
  • Understanding of Salesforce sharing & security (roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules)
  • Knowledge of importing data and generating Salesforce reports.
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and enduser support
  • Fluent in English
