"Compliance Group are an exciting new business with PE investment seeking a high-calibre HR Advisor with a strong technical background and high ambitions to join their team.
The business is growing at pace; this role will currently be responsible for multi-sites within a division which contains 4 subsidiary businesses as part of the wider Group.
There is an aggressive M&A strategy in place, and it's projected to grow the division from £7-15m turnover on Dec 22 to >£45m in 2026.
The Group has acquired 4 businesses in the last 8 months, including 2 in this division. In 5 years, we anticipate growing by 135m. It will present opportunities for personal progression and development."
Due to the nature of the team, everyone is a team player, supporting and helping each other, creating a friendly working environment.
You will need to visit multiple sites whenever you need to.
Birmingham is the base; visit the Basildon office at least once a month and the other 2 sites quarterly.

Primary Objective_
This broad, generalist position supports the HR Director in delivering a proactive and flexible HR service by providing relevant and appropriate HR support to Line managers and employees, driving best practices and ensuring compliance with internal company procedures, documented policies, and employment legislation at all times.
HR Advisor duties and responsibilities;
- Provide generalist HR advice, support and administration to improve business operations across the employee life cycle.
- Support line managers on performance management, capability, absence management, dispute resolution, disciplinary, grievance, absence, TUPE and redundancy and maximising engagement.
- Manage and continuously aim to improve Employee Engagement
- Employee Relations casework
- On and Off Boarding
- Support the Learning & Development Manager with Talent Planning
- Support the Recruitment Manager with all aspects of Recruitment
- Assist with inputs to the HR Strategy
- Provide coaching and mentoring to the HR Administrator to ensure the delivery of an accurate and efficient administration service to the business in line with HR policies and procedures.
