We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our clients team in Erdington, Birmingham. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse.

Your responsibilities will include picking and packing orders accurately, ensuring timely dispatch, and maintaining a safe and organised working environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements.
  • Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workspace.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet trucks, safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment, with a focus on picking and packing.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management.
  • Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
