Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Patient Pathway Co-Ordinator to work within an established team to provide administration support to the clinical team and improve patient pathway.

You will act as the first point of contact in communication with patient queries over the telephone and provide a full administrative service to the clinical team which includes audio typing.

The post holder should be proactive and have excellent communication, IT skills and be able to prioritise workloads for themselves to accommodate changing demands within the team and service.
