**Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- To support a disabled young person to ensure their safety and wellbeing
- To support with personal care needs as required, usually supporting mum with such
- To support with general care needs including supporting client in his wheelchair.
- To maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the client's equipment and surroundings
- To develop a positive relationship with the young person and his parents
- To interact with the client and keep them entertained with activities they enjoy,
their wheelchair.
- To work alongside a parent or another member of the team when required but to

**Skills and Experience
- Desirable:
- Knowledge of moving and handling
- Previous experience of working with young people.
- First aid trained.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Knowledge of Cerebral palsy.
