Introduction:

Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Document Administrator to join their team.

This role requires the individual to support this project and records management systems in line with company and station procedures.

The individual will need to have good time management and communication skills.

Primarily, this role is to support the Programme team, and the team member needs to operate within priorities, objectives, and areas established by the team leader.


This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days per week on site.

Key responsibilities:


  • Maintain project documentation (including document numbering and revisions).
  • Updating, receiving, and issuing project spreadsheets.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with the team and client staff.
  • To support the project teams to ensure that they are up to date with relevant information.
  • Checking compliance and controlling project documentation.
  • Produce reports in a timely manner.
  • Take an active role in setting up, implementing, managing, and improving the document management process.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure the information being processed complies with client requirements.
  • Liaise with clients and subcontractors regarding any queries relating to the information received and resolve these in a satisfactory and timely manner.
  • Take minutes and actions during meetings.

Skills & experience:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Methodical, accurate and consistent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Positive cando attitude and willing to learn new IT systems and processes.

The client would also like to see some of the below, but this is not essential:

  • Client facing experience.
  • Previous experience with NNB's document management system.
