Our client is a leader in structural systems research and technology & one of the world's largest suppliers of structural building products. They are committed to providing exceptional products and services to their customers.
We are recruiting the position of Customer Care Representative to join this market-leading company based in Tamworth, Staffordshire. This position is a full - time position to help manage customer accounts.


Main Duties:


  • To input sales orders received either by phone, or via the Area Sales Managers for the relevant territories.
  • Liaise with the customer, and the production, warehouse/ technical departments where relevant to confirm / query order details.
  • Provide basic technical support for customer's enquiries.
  • To promptly resolve customer delivery enquiries, this will include liaison with the courier or warehouse where necessary.
  • To coordinate customer quote requests.
  • To deal with customer orders and end user enquiries promptly and ensure appropriate action is taken.
  • To work within a team and assist Customer Service colleagues / Customer Care Manager as required.

Skills required:


  • Attention to detail is critical along with the ability to prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • SAP experience is desirable.
  • Genuine passion for providing the highest level of customer service
  • Has a can do attitude with a willingness to be part of a successful team.
  • Able to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good Excel, Word and Outlook skills

Working Hours
Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00

Friday: 08:30 - 15:45


Holiday Allowance
25 days


Salary:
£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
