FINANCIAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR - £24-£27K (dependent on experience)
Our client is a very well-established Financial Services/ Wealth Management company who have offices across the UK and across Europe.
They work with a variety of clients and are now looking for a bright and proactive individual who has worked within Financial Services/Wealth Management and looking for the next step in their career.
This role would suit someone who enjoys Administrative work and is happy to commit to a role long term.
The successful individual will work alongside Chartered Financial Planners and support the team in processing new business and the management of existing clients.
You will have regular contact with clients and enjoy communicating with clients and be used to working in a confidential manner.
The role will be busy and interesting and you will be based within a supportive and friendly team.The Duties:
- Supporting the Financial Planners and Paraplanners with financial administration
- Responsible for coordinating client meetings and diary management
- Manang and prioritise your workload using a persona diary system ensure that all tasks are completed to set deadlines
- Managing client records using internal systems
- Dealing with a high level of confidential information
- Managing client files and updating accordingly ensuring compliance is adhered to
- Mange all post relating to new business cases
- Typing client correspondence and reports
- Chasing up overdue documents from clients and providers
- Ad hoc duties as required
Experience required:
- Experience of working within Financial Services or Wealth Management would be desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Used to working in a team
- Keen interest in Financial Services/Wealth Management
- Good attention to details
- Ability to work in a team
