Job Title:
Facilities Assistant

Location:
Canterbury

Pay rate:
£12.28

Contract:
Ongoing temporary position (with the potential to go temp to perm)

Hours:
Monday to Friday, either 8am-3:45pm or 9am - 4:45pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break)

Our client is looking for a Facilities Assistant to help them through a busy period.

Minor maintenance jobs
Painting doors
Delivering parcels
Move furniture
Sweeping / blowing leaves
Roof checks
Unload deliveries
Hold keys to open and close doors
Event set up
Basic IT skills required
Assist the duty Facilities Assistant with other duties such as fire alarm, refuge point alarm testing, completion of job sheet allocations.

Experience and skills required for this position:

Basic DYI skills required.
Previous experience in warehouse, caretaking, estates or facilities would be ideal.
