Working Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 11:00-20:00
Wednesday: 09:00-18:00
We are excited to be working with an elite client who are looking to recruit an experienced customer service professional to join their fun and vibrant team.
The Role;
- Always deliver exceptional customer service
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Effectively handle customer complaints through to resolution
- Process bookings, extensions and terminations within required SLA's
- Update required systems along with processing any rental documentation.
- Provide an efficient and seamless service to the customer
- Offer additional products or solutions to improve the customer's experience.
Skills;
- Proven experience in a customer service environment
- A positive and proactive approach to learning and selfdevelopment
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to hold a conversation in a professional manner alongside multitasking and completing administration tasks
- Excellent computer and typing skills
- The ability to work and communicate effectively in a team
- Proven ability to use initiative and prioritise workload
