Working Hours:


Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 11:00-20:00

Wednesday: 09:00-18:00


We are excited to be working with an elite client who are looking to recruit an experienced customer service professional to join their fun and vibrant team.


The Role;

  • Always deliver exceptional customer service
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Effectively handle customer complaints through to resolution
  • Process bookings, extensions and terminations within required SLA's
  • Update required systems along with processing any rental documentation.
  • Provide an efficient and seamless service to the customer
  • Offer additional products or solutions to improve the customer's experience.

Skills;

  • Proven experience in a customer service environment
  • A positive and proactive approach to learning and selfdevelopment
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to hold a conversation in a professional manner alongside multitasking and completing administration tasks
  • Excellent computer and typing skills
  • The ability to work and communicate effectively in a team
  • Proven ability to use initiative and prioritise workload
