Description
I am working with an employer based in South Leeds who are looking for a Sales Administrator / Customer Service Administrator to join their small and friendly team.
In this role you will be processing incoming orders and quotations for customers and providing a first class customer experience.
This client have a large Sales team around the country and your role will be to process the orders that come in to the business, they also work with some leading names.
Duties will include:
- Processing orders
- Informing clients of availability
- Discussing product promotions
- Sending out brochures
- Speaking with other teams throughout the business to ensure product availability
- Providing the best customer service at all times
