This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high levels of customer service and has excellent administration skills to join our well established and highly regarded automotive client as a
Rental Agent.



Working within a busy fast paced Rental Desk team, as a Rental Agent your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily incoming requests from customers
  • Action and facilitate collections and deliveries
  • Ensure vehicle compliance (eg. MOTs, Servicing, Insurance etc)
  • Update the movement of each vehicle on inhouse database and via Excel spreadsheets
  • Open and close down jobs
  • Liaise with internal teams and departments
  • Welcome customers on site

Key skills and experience required for the role of Rental Agent include:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Customer service and office administration experience
  • PC literate with good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, work under pressure, manage time effectively, multi task and prioritise
  • Team player, happy to help out in all areas
  • Driving licence and own transport due to location (Offices are approx 5 minute drive from Syston, no public transport available)
Hours
  • Monday to Friday
, 8-5pm followed by pm

Salary £25,000 + Bonus (team bonus which ranges from £50-£150 per month)
