Are you looking for a new opportunity? At Doncasters we have some fantastic opportunities for Production/ Shop Floor operatives to join our highly successful manufacturing team based just off the M5 in Droitwich.


If you have previous manufacturing experience, we would love to hear from you, however, if you don't, we would love to hear from anyone with practical skills in using machinery or tools such as hand-held tools including belt sanders, grinders.

Our facility is industrious and you must be comfortable with working with heavy products.

What do we offer?

  • Working 37.5 hrs/week on a rotating double day shift pattern (mornings/lates) or night shift
  • A starting salary of £10.60 p/h or £11 p/h (depends on the role) plus shift allowance
