Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of the firms inside information registers and information walls in the relevant systems
- Communication and Management of the firms updates to its Global Restrictive List (GRL)
- Implementation of certain controls as they pertain to the GRL
- Assisting in the coordination and delivery of the Compliance Risk Assessment
- Supporting in the running of other processes within the remit of the Central Compliance team as required, including Personal Account Dealing, Outside Business Interests and the Fit and Proper declaration process.
- Implementing continuous improvement in Central Compliance processes
Essential skills:
- In depth knowledge, understanding and practical experience of the control frameworks required of financial institutions in relation to the proper management of confidential information.
Preferred:
- Working on Control Room processes
- Experience of maintenance of information registers and restricted lists skills
