Description

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machines to fabricate, weld, and assemble metal parts according to specifications
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and other technical documents to understand production requirements
• Use tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to measure and inspect finished products
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and materials handling
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, CAD, or other design software
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
• Ability to fabricate, weld, and assemble metal parts using various tools and techniques
• Familiarity with logic controllers and their operation
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
