Are you looking for an exciting new challenge where you can grow your career? Then we have the perfect role for you We're currently looking for an Apprentice Estates Valuation Surveyor to join our dedicated and vibrant Estates and Buildings service.

You'll study a RICS-accredited, industry-focussed degree apprenticeship paid for by us, whilst also gaining on the job experience.

What you'll be doing


Reporting to your line manager and professional mentor/lead tutor you will build comprehensive professional skills and knowledge through this Level 6 Apprenticeship.

This apprenticeship will be delivered on a part-time day release basis over a 55 month period where 20% of your job (one day per week) will be university-based off the job training and the remaining 80% (four days per week) will be office-based working with one of our experienced Senior Estates Valuation Surveyors in the Commercial Property Team who will provide you with your job tasks, support, guidance and APC mentoring.


What you'll need


You'll have a keen interest in working for Leicester City Council and be committed and enthusiastic to learning whilst undertaking your Level 6 Apprenticeship course.

You'll be organised, creative and demonstrate the ability work well under pressure and problem solve.

In order to meet the course requirements you must have GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
