Key Relationships:

Director, Car Operations & Engineering
Race Team Chief Mechanic
Manager, Car Assembly & Hydraulics

Principal Accountabilities:

Member of race team, carrying out multiple roles across front and back of house. Aiding sustainability of the team by supporting rotation of team members throughout the season
Attendance to a significant number of race events of Formula 1 world championship
Support of Car Assembly and MTC based departments as directed by the Car Assembly manager or Team Leader when not required to attend trackside events
Support of turnaround tasks when positioned at MTC

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Experience of working in a highly technical engineering function
Ability to interpret engineering specifications and drawings
Ability to contribute to car component fault diagnosis process
Evidence of a strong understanding of modern Formula One systems and components
Previous experience of working in a highlevel motorsport environment, prior trackside F1 experience highly preferred.
