Remote (Cranfield) - Customer Support Technician - £35-40K
This company are an award-winning monitoring solutions company.
Main Duties:
- Assist with fault diagnosis, contribute to fault reduction and manage the return and replacement of faulty equipment
- Set up monitoring diagrams, users, alerts and calculations
- Attend site when required to support customer installations or investigate reported faults
Required Skills/Experience:
- Experience of customer service in an engineering, or technical environment
- Strong analytical skills and technical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines
Salary:
- £35-40k, dependent on experience
Other information:
- Remote role with flexibility to work from office when required
