Remote (Cranfield) - Customer Support Technician - £35-40K
This company are an award-winning monitoring solutions company.


Main Duties:


  • Assist with fault diagnosis, contribute to fault reduction and manage the return and replacement of faulty equipment
  • Set up monitoring diagrams, users, alerts and calculations
  • Attend site when required to support customer installations or investigate reported faults

Required Skills/Experience:


  • Experience of customer service in an engineering, or technical environment
  • Strong analytical skills and technical problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to perform under pressure
  • Ability to meet deadlines

Salary:


  • £35-40k, dependent on experience

Other information:


  • Remote role with flexibility to work from office when required
