Accountant | Not for Profit | Northamptonshire | £20 - £27 p/h (Flexible Part Time Offered)

Macildowie are very excited to be collaborating with a Not for Profit based in Northamptonshire, who are seeking to appoint an Interim Accountant to join the organisation.

It's a friendly team to join at a charity, which does fantastic work in the community.

Reporting in to the charity director you will play an integral role in affecting this organisation at every level. This role is offering £20 - £27 p/h (Flexible). This role can also done on a part time basis and will run for at least 2/3 months.

The role

Record daily income and expenditure identifying and allocating the correct fund
Review the recording of financial transactions records in CRM (customer relationship management) system
Review grant invoices to ensure they are complaint with charity accounting guidelines
Maintain prepayments, accruals and asset registers
Reconcile the full balance sheet
Provide monthly financial statement of activities and analytical reports to the Charity Director
Support the production of annual reports and related audit activities

Essential Requirements

Experience doing V lookups and Pivot Tables
Experience leading monthly management accounts
Good attention to detail.
