Description

We have an opportunity for someone to work as part of the maintenance team to complete PPM's, office moves, painting, lamp changes and general Handyperson duties plus act as a second person on larger jobs.

You will be working under the direction the Technical Services Manager and across all the client sites, a travel card will be provided to allow transit between sites.

You should have a good general understanding of Building Maintenance and have a can-do attitude with a flexible approach to client satisfaction and procedures.

You'll need to be IT literate as you'll be using tablets and phones to access and manage your work schedule and jobs
Experience working in corporate environment is essential for this role.


You'll need to:


  • Follow the correct methods and procedures
  • Attend all training sessions when requested
  • To always adhere to the confidentiality policy
  • Work on areas covering when other staff are not available
  • Be responsive to client requests
  • Conduct Deputy Supervisor role in the absence of the Supervisor.

You will also need:


  • Previous experience of working in the commercial office environment would be advantageous
  • Good communication skills
  • To be reliable, efficient, helpful and professional at all times
