POSITION PURPOSE


As part of our exciting and ambitious growth strategy which includes the acquisition and development of new clients and venues into the European portfolio; The Procurement and CAFM Helpline Coordinator will ensure that the Estates Department meets service level agreements and maximises business opportunities whist delivering a modern first-class service to our customers.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring our artists, promoters and guests have the best possible experience when visiting and performing at any of our UK venues and there is no better time to join our exciting, fast paced Company.


This role will play a vital part in supporting the evolution of the estates department and supporting the Estates Director in the delivery and operation of a new Computer Aided Facilities Management System (CAFM) which supports the delivery of the new Estates Hub Planned Maintenance Service.


You will be required to develop a positive rapport with both internal and external clients including venue operational teams, finance colleagues and Engineering and Building staff.


PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Knowledge and experience of Building and Engineering Planned Preventative Maintenance Systems and follow up reactive repairs.
  • Previous experience using SharePoint and CAFM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to interact and interface with clients regarding any queries or issues, handling any customer complaints in line with our policy.
  • Knowledge of procurement systems and tendering procedures.
  • Produce reports from our internal CAFM system and client portals.
  • Proven experience within a similar role or in a Helpdesk role.

GENERAL INFORMATION


The requirements of the business are such that it is necessary to have a flexible approach and therefore some business-related travel to be able to work at our venues and operational sites will be required.
