Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.


Duties:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Up sell products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend the best solutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times

Skills:


  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to up sell products or services effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary:
From £23,984.00 per year
