Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Up sell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Analyse customer needs and recommend the best solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
Skills:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to up sell products or services effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Salary:
From £23,984.00 per year
