GENERAL SUMMARY


Reporting to the Marketing Communications Director, the Marketing Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the administration and implementation of the department's objectives relating to Celeros Flow Technology marketing globally, including: branding, website development, digital marketing, public relations, collateral development, and other marketing support activities as required.


PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

  • Assisting with planning, facilitation, development and implementation of global marketing strategies and initiatives, both externally and internally
  • Supporting the efforts of the global marketing group and coordination at strategic and tactical levels with other functional areas of the organisation
  • Assisting in brand management, marketing communications, digital marketing, print project management & development globally.
  • Development of tactical marketing campaigns
  • Supporting all PR activities including Social Media
  • Responsible for department marketing administration
  • Update and improve marketing collateral
  • Events management for all global tradeshows, Conferences & Seminars including conducting post event analysis
  • Budget management and control
  • Management of global corporate gifts online sites and suppliers
  • USB, Conference folder, Pens Exec & Standard, Umbrellas, etc.
  • Website enhancements and updates for the Celeros FT website
  • Manage/ monitor/ reporting of E-Marketing Campaigns
  • Manage brand compliance and support other brands globally
  • Customer relationship development both internally and externally
  • Project Management of NPD and product specific marketing campaigns
  • Distributor / Representative Support for all brands globally
  • Organisation of corporate entertainment; customer visits, company fundraising

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Business / Marketing Degree or equivalent
  • Previous B2B experience working with engineered product lines is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast paced, multitask environment.
  • A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • The ability to coordinate with various representatives within the company and meet tight deadlines;
  • Good problem solving skills, and the ability to find alternative solutions to problems.
  • Expertise in writing, editing and proofreading
  • Attention to detail to ensure the highest quality material is produced
  • Experience working in a Content Management System (CMS) for web development
  • Basic skills in using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite programmes, in particular In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience working with Sharepoint
  • Experience with online software such as Survey Monkey, Mailchimp etc
  • Experience working with multiple forms of digital and social media, including CRM with proven results on increasing demand
