We have partnered with one of the UK's largest independently owned Real Estate investment businesses, if they were listed then they would be FTSE 100.

With a diverse portfolio, high-performing workforce, advanced systems and a drive to always improve andgrow the business.

With a focus on business performance, the Operations Director is looking to hire an advanced and capable individual to oversee the delivery of the new finance team (Business Central) and drive the wider IT transformation program.

Initially, you would take the lead for the implementation of Business Central with external consultants, implement training across the business, maintain quarterly and year-end processes, and ongoing maintenance.

But longer term, the role would develop towork alongside the commercial teams to drive continuous improvements to business processes.

This is a perfect role for someone with an eye for improvements, a love for data analytics, the ability to use excel to an advanced level, and someone that wants to work in an environment where they can challenge and push a business forwards.

They are ideally looking for an individual with working knowledge of Business Central, and ideally an awareness of Power Query, VBA, SQL, and other database structures.

Excel modeling skills that are advanced is ideal, with analytical and problem-solvingabilities.
