Consumer Admin Advisor

Full Time permanent role office based

£25,000 Plus benefits (5% bonus, PMI, 25 Days Holiday etc)


You will be:

  • Processing orders
  • Organising returns & refunds
  • Responding to online messages
  • Resolve queries
  • Keep accurate records
- plus ad hoc duties to assist the team


You will have:

  • At least 2 years office based customer service experience
  • Clear communication skills (written & Verbal)
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Motivated and able to work independently
  • Good skills on MS Office (especially Outlook)
