£25,000 Plus benefits (5% bonus, PMI, 25 Days Holiday etc)
You will be:
- Processing orders
- Organising returns & refunds
- Responding to online messages
- Resolve queries
- Keep accurate records
You will have:
- At least 2 years office based customer service experience
- Clear communication skills (written & Verbal)
- The ability to work under pressure
- Motivated and able to work independently
- Good skills on MS Office (especially Outlook)
