Do you have a passion for supporting children in education who require additional help?Do you have experience working with children who have special educational needs and/or disabilities?
I am currently recruiting for several roles in mainstream settings supporting children with varying SEND, across EYFS-UKS2.
I am looking for practitioners who are supportive, caring, resilient and sympathetic to the needs of children with SEND.
You may not have lots of education experience yet, but if you have a personal connection or real-life experience of working with childrenwith SEND in a different setting, I would love to hear from you.
A level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (desired but not essential) Additional SEND qualifications (desired)
Hands on experience of working with children with SEND
A patient, empathetic and sensitive attitude
