About The Role
Working within the HR department, this role will be working alongside of a talented team of HR Assistants.

The HR assistants provide a comprehensive HR service to line managers, providing advice and guidance on all aspects of employee relations and welfare.

As key port of call for all HR queries, the HR assistant will need to be able to communicate effectively with people on the telephone and in writing.

They must be motivated, flexible and organised, with the ability to work on your own initiative to meet tight deadlines.

A proven track record of working in a busy office environment is essential.

Your Skills and Experience

CIPD qualified is desirable
Experience in administration
Be confident working under pressure
Understand the high level of accuracy and attention to detail required for the role
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be IT literate
Previous experience in HR is desirable but not essential
Experience, knowledge or an interest in care industry
