As Customer Service Advisor, you will be making a high volume of outbound calls to book in appointments for the Field Sales Consultants.

An international Parcel Delivery Service seeing a Customer Service Advisor to join their office in Smethwick.


Description
As Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Making a high volume of outbound calls to book in appointments for the Field Sales Team
  • Hitting a minimum of 7 visits per day Monday
  • Thursday (Friday 4 visits)

Profile

The successful Customer Service Advisor will have:

  • Outbound calling experience
  • Working in a targeted environment
