The Role:


You'll assist with the development of new systems and procedures to improve the efficiency of the service we provide and help with the induction of new team members, with a particular focus on administrative and systems training, advice, and guidance.

About You:


With A*-C GCSE passes in Maths and English Language (or their equivalent), and the ability to produce written documents accurately and quickly, you'll have experience of convening and minuting complex and large multi-agency meetings.

A confident and proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite of software and the management of databases, you'll be a strong team worker, and your superb interpersonal skills will allow you to develop positive partnerships across the department and with other agencies.

You will be capable of managing a diverse workload and keeping up to date with multiple tasks.

We'll also expect you to be committed to Council policies relating to relation to equal opportunities, customer care and service delivery, and be capable of implementing these in the workplace.
